摘要
问卷调查 2 89名住院病人对医疗服务状况的认同程度。结果显示 ,各层次对医护质量、设备环境、服务质量的认同率较高 ,而对医疗投诉、费用相对不满且成为人们关注的焦点。医疗服务的核心应是质量第一 ,方向应是各群体、各层次 ,标准应是病人需求得以最大满足。
We surveyed self-identity of inpatient on medical service with the questionnaire. The results showed the proportions of self-identity on medical treatment and nursing quality, equipment and environment, quality of service are higher. People focus medical expense and patients' complaints. First-class quality is a core of medical service, which means supplying service for all kinds of people and meeting needs of patients.
