三孔操作腹腔镜胆囊切除术2000例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 2 000 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through three holes.

目的 探讨三孔操作腹腔镜胆囊切除术的方式、方法 ,提高腹腔镜操作技术。方法 对 2 0 0 0例三孔操作腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行回顾性分析。结果 195 9例腹腔镜胆囊切除成功 ,41例中转开腹 ,均治愈出院。结论 三孔操作腹腔镜胆囊切除是完全可行的 ,降低了对患者的创伤 。

Objective To explore the procedures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) through three holes to improve the skills of the laparoscopic operation.Methods 2 000 cases receiving LC through three holes were retrospectively analyzed. Results LC in 1959 cases was successful. Forty one cases were turned LC into laparotomy. All cases were cured. Conclusion LC through three holes was feasible. The method might reduce the injury to the patients.
