卵巢癌患者外周血血小板活化分子CD_(62)、CD_(63)含量的临床检测及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察卵巢癌患者血小板粘附分子的表达和血小板激活状态 ,探讨血小板功能异常与肿瘤发展的规律 ,为临床诊治提供依据。方法 采用流式细胞术对 30例健康人和 1 6 4例卵巢癌患者血小板表面抗原CD6 2、CD6 3的表达进行检测 ,对比正常人与卵巢癌患者血小板粘附分子表达和血小板激活状态的异同。结果 卵巢癌与正常人相比 ,CD6 2、CD6 3阳性的血小板比例明显增加 ,两者之间有显著性差异P <0 .0 1 ;卵巢癌随着病理分级及临床分期的增高 ,CD6 2、CD6 3阳性的血小板比例明显增加。结论 卵巢癌患者尤其是中晚期者血小板活化分子表达和释放增加 。 Objective To investigate adhesion molecule expression and functional status of platelets in ovary cancer patients and their relation to cancer progression. Methods Flow cytometry was used to measure the expression of surface antigens and functional status of platelets in 30 healthy donors and 164 ovary cancer patients. Results There was significant difference among patients compared with normal donors; the expression of the number of platelets with CD62,CD63 phenotypes also increased P<0.01. The increase in the patients was with the advance of tumor differentiation degree and clinical stage. Conclusion In ovary cancer patients, especially in the advanced stage of the disease, the expression of the adhesion molecules on platelets and their released products increase, which is indicative of an activated state of the platelets.
