摘要
为了使玉米秸秆得到充分的利用 ,用化学法处理玉米秸秆 ,并对其木质素含量的变化进行了测定。结果表明 :Na OH与氧化剂复合处理法对玉米秸秆中的木质素降解最强 ,降解率最高可达74% ;用氨气、尿素处理降解率可达 2 0 .3%和 1 3.4%。
In order to make use of corn stalk,chemical method was used to treat corn stalk.Lignin content changement of corn stalk was measured.The rate of degradation of corn stalk lignin(RDCSL) was highest in treatment of alkalization & oxidizing agent,the highest of RDCSL was up to 74%. The RDCSL with corn stalk treated by ammonia was 20.3%, by carbamide 13.4%. When various means were used, RDCSL was effected by factors such as water content,temperature, time,ect.So it must be considered comprehensively.
