摘要
回顾了图像压缩编码算法的研究发展历程 ,介绍了已被广泛应用的几种典型的图像压缩编码算法及其特点 。
The research field for image compression coding algorithms is summarized,several main image compression coding algorithms in common use are introduced.Meanwhile,the image compression coding algorithm based on wavelet transform--the recent research advance in image coding filed is put forward,and some new researches which are believed to be of great research value is proposed.
