Stakeholder Interests and the Performance of the Chinese State-owned Coal Enterprises

采用多个能反映不同利益相关者利益的指标 ,应用Cross section及时间序列方法和联立方程对煤炭企业效益与其利益相关者之间的关系进行了分析 ,并对Freeman利益相关者理论进行了论证。

This paper analyses the relationship between the performance of organisations within the Chinese State owned Coal (CSC) sector and the interests of stakeholders.A simultaneous equation regression model is developed for the analysis,using pooled cross section and time series data.The results indicate strong quantitative relationships between organisational performance and the interests of stakeholders in the CSC sector.
