摘要
多糖具备抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种多样的生物功能 ,并且多糖的功能与其结构密切相关。关于多糖结构与功能关系的研究已经成为生命科学的最前沿领域之一。对多糖的结构层次、结构分析方法及结构与功能的关系的研究进展进行了综述。
Polysaccharide has many biological functions,anti-tumor,anti-HIV,etc,and the functions are tightly related to their structures.The research on relationship between polysaccharide structures and their functions becomes the newest field in life science.In this article,the structures of polysaccharide,identification methods of the structures,the relationship between their functions and structures are summarized.
