摘要 采用直接合成法合成碳化硼粉 ,并用合成的碳化硼粉进行热压烧结 .采用金相显微和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对碳化硼烧结体的显微组织进行了研究 . Boron carbide powder with high purity was synthesized by boron and carbon reaction in carbon tube furnace and boron carbide pellets were obtained by hot pressing with a density controlling method. The microstructure of the boron carbide hot pressed were analyzed by metallographic technique and SEM.
