摘要
采用FT IR ,XRD等方法研究经活性组分浸渍改性和盐酸脱铝的丝光沸石的结构、酸性及催化性能。结果表明 ,丝光沸石中骨架铝的脱出选择性地发生在五元环中的T1,T2 位置 ,晶格参数变化各向异性 ,B和Ce是较理想的活性组分。对浸渍后的丝光沸石进行红外干燥处理 ,获得较好的改性效果。红外干燥有利于活性组分进入沸石骨架或调节其表面酸位。
FT IR, XRD and other ways are used for studying the structure, acidity and catalytic properties of mordenites modified by impregnation and acid leaching. It is found that cerium and boron are more effective for improving the catalytic properties of mordenites, especially those of infrared dried samples. Infrared drying accelerate the entering of activity components into zeolite framework or the adjustment of its surface acidity.
