Extraction of nicotine in tobacco by liquid membrane method

用乳状液膜体系对尼古丁 (烟碱 )进行提取 .该体系包括流动载体 [N,N-二仲辛基乙酰胺 (N,N-di(sec-octyl) acetamide) ]、表面活性剂 (L1 1 3 B)、溶剂 (磺化煤油 )和内相 (0 .2 mol· L- 1的 H2 SO4溶液 ) .研究了乳状液膜的稳定性、温度、尼古丁浓度、SO2 - 4 浓度、外相 p H值和乳水比等因素对提取尼古丁的影响 .实验结果表明 ,在适宜条件下 ,尼古丁的提取率可在 99.6%以上 .此条件下 ,许多共存离子 ,都不被迁移、透过这一乳状液膜 ,只有尼古丁可以从这些离子 (或混合物 )中得到满意分离 .

An emulsion liquid membrane system has been used for extraction of nicotine.The system includes a mobile carrier[N,N-di(sec-octyl)acetamide],a surfactant(L113B),a solvent(sulphonated kerosene)and the internal phase (0.2 mol·L -1 H 2SO 4 solution).The stability of the emulsion liquid membrane and the factor affecting the extraction efficiency of nicotine such as temperature,nicotine concentration,sulfuric group concentration,pH value of outer phase,and the ratios of emulsion to water have been studied.Experimental results showed that the extraction efficiency of nicotine is over 99.6% under an appropriate experimental conditions.In this case,many co existed ions,can not transport through this emulsion liquid membrane.So nicotine can be separated from these ions satisfactorily.
