摘要
目的 :探讨血管形成在乳腺肿瘤生物学特征判定中作用及其与 VEGF表达和 CDPI血流检出率之间的相关关系。方法 :对 10 3例乳腺肿块行 CDPI血流检测 ,术后切除标本均采用免疫组化方法检测 VEGF的表达。结果 :乳腺肿块 CDPI血流检测阳性率 83.5 % (86 / 10 3) ,其中乳腺癌占 76 .7% (6 6 / 86 ) ,良性肿块为 2 3.3% (2 0 / 86 ) ;乳腺癌组织 VEGF表达水平远远高于良性肿块 ,且 L N+组高于 L N-组 (P<0 .0 5 )。乳腺癌中 VEGF表达率与CDPI血流检出率趋于正相关变化。结论 :血管生成增多与乳腺肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移等生物学行为关系密切 ,检测 VEGF和
Objective:To investigate the role of angiogenesis in the biological feature judgement of breast tumor and its relationships with expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and detectable rates of color doppler power imaging (CDPI).Methods:CDPI were conducted for 103 patients of breast tumors.All the patients underwent operative treatment.Immunostaining for expression VEGF was carried out in all postoperative samples.Results:Among the 103 patients,37 were benign tumors (35.8%) and 66 were breast carcinomas (64.2%).The total positive frequency of CDPI was 83.5%(86/103).Of the 86 CDPI positive cases,66(76.7%) were malignant and 20(23.3%) were benign ( P <0.01).The expression of VEGF was significantly higher in malignant tissues than in benign ones ( P <0.01).There was also a significant difference of expression VEGF between those with lymph nodes metastasis and those without metastasis ( P <0.05).The expression of VEGF correlated positively with the detectable rates of CDPI.Conclusion:The increase of angiogenesis might involve in the progression,invasion and metastasis of breast tumor,VEGF and CDPI might be two important factors for promoting and measuring angiogenesis.
