摘要
目的 探讨食管癌患者肿瘤组织中多药耐药 (MDR)基因表达及其在临床上的应用价值。方法 采用逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)检测 5 0例食管癌组织中的mdr - 1基因表达水平 ,同时检测 10例正常食管组织中的mdr- 1表达水平。结果 mdr- 1基因在食管癌高、中、低分化之间的表达水平具有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 1和 P <0 .0 0 1) ,癌与正常组织中有极显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;在不同年龄、性别及临床分期之间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 mdr- 1基因的检测可预测患者对化疗的敏感性 ,使化疗个体化 。
Objective To explore multidrug resistance (MDR) gene expression in tumor tissue of esophageal carcinoma and its application value in clinical.Methods The level of mdr-1 gene expression in 50 esophageal carcinoma tissues and 10 normal esophageal tissues method was detected by RT-PCR .Result The expression level of mdr-1 gene was significantly difference between well differentiated,intermediary differentiated and poor differentiated esophageal carcinoma(P<0.01 and P<0,001).There was significant difference of expression of mdr-1 between cancer and normal tissue(P<0.001),and was not significant difference in different ages,sex and clinical staging. Conclusion The detection of mdr-1 gene expression may predict sensibitity of chemotherapeutic agent for esophageal carcinoma and make chemotherapy individualization,and evaluate prognosi of patients also.
