在固体培养基中培养阴道毛滴虫的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 研究阴道毛滴虫在固态培养基中的生长条件。 方法 厌养箱培养。 结果 阴道毛滴虫在固态培养基中生长繁殖的最佳条件为 0 .45 %琼脂浓度 ,37℃ ,厌氧箱培养。在直径 6 cm的培养皿中接种 10 0个虫数为宜。随着培养时间增加 ,虫落直径增大 ,至培养第 5 d直径最大 ,其后死亡率明显上升。阴道毛滴虫在固态培养基中最多可活 8d。 结论 阴道毛滴虫可在固态培养基中生存繁殖 。 Objective To study the cultivation condition of Trichomonas vaginalis in solid medium. Methods Cultiving in anerobic box. Results The best condition of T. vaginalis cultivation in solid medium was in agar concentration of 0.45 percent, at 37℃ and in anerobic box. The proper number of the organisms on petri dish which diameter was 6 cm was 100. The diameter of colonies was increased with cultivation time prolongate. By the fifth day colonies had reached their maximum size, the mortality was rising apparently after that. T. vaginalis can survive for eight days in solid medium. Conclusion T. vaginalis can grow and multiply in solid medium. The technique offers a new cultivation way to further study of T. vaginalis.
