摘要
目的 :探讨神经节苷脂抗体在格林 -巴利综合征 (Guillain- Barre syndrome GBS)发病中的作用。方法 :通过 EL ISA方法检测 85例 GBS病人血清中神经节苷脂 (GM1 、 M1 a、 GD1 b、 GA1 )的 Ig G、 Ig M、 Ig A抗体。结果 :anti-GD1 b Ig G抗体阳性在 AMAN中为 2 5 (2 5 / 5 3 47.2 % )例 ,在 AIDP中为 2 (2 / 32 6 .3% )例 ,正常对照组 2 (2 / 5 0 4% )例 ,其它神经科疾病组 1(1/ 5 0 2 % )例。AMAN与正常对照组相比 P=0 .0 0 1,OR=2 1.4;AIDP与正常对照组相比 P=0 .6 48。anti- GD1 b Ig G抗体阳性在 AMAN中为 2 7(2 7/ 5 3 5 0 .9% )例 ,在 AIDP中为 10 (10 / 32 31.3% )例 ,正常对照组4(4/ 5 0 8% )例 ,其它神经科疾病组 4(4/ 5 0 8% )例。AMAN与正常组相比 P=0 .0 0 1,OR=11.9;AIDP与正常对照组相比 P=0 .0 0 6 ,OR=5 .2 ;AMAN及 AIDP间 P=0 .0 76。结论 :GM1 Ig G抗体与 AMAN及 AIDP均相关 ,但 GD1 a抗体只与 AMAN相关。其它神经节苷脂抗体与 AMAN。
Objective: To find out the function of anti-ganglioside antibosies in Guillain-Baree syndrome.Methods: Eighty-five patients including thirty-two AIDP and fifty-three AMAN were examined by ELISA. IgG, IgM, IgA antibodies to GM 1, GD 1a , GD 1b and asialo-GMA(GA1)were tested.Results: Anti- GD 1a IgG antibody was found in 25 of 53 AMAN patients (47.2%), 2 of 32 AIDP patients (6.3%), versus 2 of 50 the normal control(4%) and 1 of 50 other neurological diseases (2%). Anti- GD 1a IgG antibody was significantly frequent in 27 of 53 AMAN patients (50.9%), 10 of 32 AIDP patients (31.3%), versus 4 of 50 the normal significantly in AMAN ( P =0/001, OR=11.942) and AIDP is not significant ( P =0.076).Conclusion: Anti-GD 1 IgG antibody was associated with both AMAN and AIDP, but IgG antibody to GD 1a was only associated with AMAN.
