Budd-chiari Syndrome Inferior Venacava Ball Bag Expansion and Support Plasty Reconstruction (21 Cases of reports)

目的 探讨布加氏综合征下腔静脉球囊扩张及支架置入成形术的临床价值。收集分析我院 1994年以来经治的 2 1例资料完整病例。方法 经股静脉和 /或颈静脉穿刺插管进入下腔静脉 ,对狭窄处行球囊扩张及支架置入术。结果 该方法治疗布加氏综合征效果佳。

Objective To probe the clinical value of inferior venacava ball bag expansion and support plasty reconstruction in treating Budd-chiari syndrome.Methods 21 cases of patients who had been treated in our hospital from 1994 to now were collected and analysed.Through femoral vein or jugular veins,the intubation was puncured into inferior venacara and put support in the narrow.Results Inferior venacava ball bag expansion and suppot plasty is a good method for Budd-chiari syndrome.
