摘要
注意缺损多动障碍 (ADHD)是一种多基因疾病 ,它的发病与环境心理和遗传因素有关 .目前的关联研究认为 ,与ADHD最有可能相关的基因为多巴胺系统的DAT1、DRD4和DRD5基因 .全基因组扫描、实验动物模型和DNA芯片技术的应用 ,将为寻找ADHD易感基因开辟新的通路 .
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) is a complex disorder which relates to many factors such as envirmental, psychological and genetic influence. Current studies suggest that dopamine transporter(DAT1), dopamine receptor D4(DRD4) and DRD5 genes may be associated with ADHD. The applications of genome-wide scanning, experimental animal models and DNA chips will be great helpful for searching ADHD susceptibility genes.
