宫颈鳞癌微血管密度血管内皮生长因子表达意义的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨宫颈鳞癌微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)蛋白表达在判断肿瘤生物学行为中的意义 ,以期为宫颈癌的预后评估和指导临床治疗提供新的依据。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测宫颈癌组织中微血管密度、VEGF蛋白表达 ,分析其与肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期及它们相互之间的关系 ,并分别研究其与预后的关系。结果 宫颈鳞癌微血管密度、VEGF蛋白表达与肿瘤组织学分级、临床分期无关 ;VEGF阳性组微血管密度明显高于阴性组 (P <0 0 1)。微血管密度较高组的存活率低于微血管密度较低组 (P <0 0 1) ,VEGF表达对存活率无明显影响 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 宫颈鳞癌VEGF阳性组微血管密度高于阴性组 ,说明VEGF有促进宫颈鳞癌血管形成的作用。癌组织中微血管密度与预后有关 。 Objective To investigate the significance of microvessel density and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the determination of biological behaviour of squamous cell cervical carcinoma,in order to present reference in predicting cervical carcinoma prognosis and guiding clinical treatment.Methods We assayed the expression of intratumor microvessel density and VEGF protein by immunohistochemical staining(SP method),and analysed the relationship between them and the clinicopathological parameters(including tumor grade and FIGO stage).Meanwhile,we discussed the relationship between them and the cumulative survival rate.Result In squamous cell cervical carcinoma microvessel density and VEGF protein were not associated with tumor grade or clinical stage.The mean microvessel density in VEGF-positive tumors is significantly higher than that in VEGF-negative tumors(P<0 01).The patients with higher tumor microvessel density had significantly lower cumulative survival rate (P<0 01).VEGF had no significant influence on cumulative survival rate(P>0 05).Conclusion The mean microvessel density in VEGF-positive tumors is significantly higher than that in VEGF-negative tumors,which indicates that VEGF correlates with vascularization of squamous cell cervical carcinoma.Intratumor microvessel density is associated with prognosis,which suggests that the assessment of tumor microvascularity might become a novel means of predicting prognosis in squamous cell cervical carcinorma.ospital from 1999 to 2001, divide into groups according to sex and age (20~34age, 35~54age, 55~64age, ≥65age) and compare it with that in north area people. Analysis on the relationship with the detectable rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus and IGT. Results The mean of BMI in Chengdu area people is 23 07±3 20kg/m 2, and increase with age rising, the highest BMI is 24 47 kg/m 2 in the group of 55~64 years.with BMI increasing the detectable rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus and IGT are increasing remarkably ( P <0 01). Conclusions The mean BMI in Chengdu area people is lower than that in China adults and in north area people, With BMI increasing, the detectable rate of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus and IGT are increasing remarkably.
