《EI》网络版收录郑州大学工学院科技论文统计与分析

Statistics and Analysis of Technological Papers of Zhengzhou Uvniversity of Technology Embodied by EI Compendex Web

利用美国《工程索引》(《EI》)网络板数据库 ,对收录郑州大学工学院 1990～ 1999年间科技论文进行统计与分析 ,通过对各学科被收录科技论文进行比较排序 ,对两个重点学科抽样调查及被收录科技论文较多的期刊调查 ,较客观地评价了我校科研工作状况。由分析结果得出 ,尽管 10年来 ,我校科技阵容逐渐壮大 ,一支高水平科研队伍正在形成 ,但被《EI》收录论文不平衡 ,科研投入尚显不足 ,与全国重点院校相比 ,差距甚远。建议要加强学科建设 ,加大人才引进和科研资金的投入。在情报服务工作上 ,应加强被《EI》收录期刊的宣传 ,保证《EI》收录期刊的收藏 ,定期举办《EI》专题知识讲座 ,提高信息服务人员的自身素质 ,以此来满足科研人员的信息需求。

This paper,based upon American EI Compendex Web statististics, analyzes the technological papers of Zhengzhou University of Technology embodied by EI between 1989 and 2000, and estimates the science research condition of our university from following aspects: category of the papers of a variety of specialties,important specialty sampling, and periodicals embodied. I draw such a conclusion from these results: the science research staff have enlarged gradually for recent 10 years; the papers embodied by EI is not in equilibrium, the investment for science research is not enough, and there is a long distance between our university and famous universities in our country. So we should strengthen the specialty construction and talent introduction, add the investment for science research. reinforce propaganda for the periodicals embodied by EI to improve information service and fulfill the information demands of science research people thereby.
