以实现人类社会可持续发展为目标 ,围绕环境成本补偿问题进行了研究 ;提出了符合可持续发展的成本理论 ,构造了环境成本要素 ,对环境成本补偿提出了自己的看法。

In this article,with the aim at getting sustainable development of human society,the author makes the deep study on environmental cost compensation,puts forward the cost theory conforming sustainable development,and designs the cost element of environment.As for environmental cost compensation,the author also puts forward his own opinion.
