摘要
伴随我国法人制度研究的进一步发展 ,对法人人格及法人人格否定制度的理论探讨也逐步展开。法人人格的界定、评价是理论前提 ,探讨法人人格否定制度的构成要件、特征及其在我国的适用问题具有重要的现实意义。
As the further development of study on China's legal person system,the theoretical research on'Personality of Legal Persons'also carries out step by step.The theoretical premise is the definition and appraisal of 'Personality of Legal Persons'.It is very important to discuss the constitution requisites,characteristics and its application of'Legal Persons' Denial of Personality'in China.
