中国共产党成立 80年以来 ,围绕农村土地问题不断改革、不断创新 ,建立了有中国特色的农村土地制度 ,尤其是家庭联产承包制的实行 ,极大地调动了农民的生产积极性 ,促进了农业生产力水平的提高。

Ever since CPC was founded 80 years ago, there have been reforms and innovations on the rural land system with the result that a land system with striking Chinese characteristics has been established. The implementation of the household contract responsibility system, in particular, has brought the farmers' initiative into full play and promoted the development of rural productive forces.
