The Historical Track of the Understanding of Socialist Modernization of the Three Generations of CPC Leaders

从中国社会主义现代化的理论与实践、历史与现实的角度看 ,中共三代领导人对社会主义现代化的认识 ,经历了三个前后相继的阶段 ,即毛泽东对社会主义现代化的探索 ,邓小平为社会主义现代化定位 ,江泽民提出社会主义现代化全面发展的战略思想 ,反映了中国共产党人对社会主义现代化认识的深化和推进。毛泽东的艰辛探索—邓小平的成功实践—江泽民继承创新的轨迹表明了中共三代领导人对社会主义现代化的认识已达到了新的高度。

Viewed from the theory and practice, history and reality of China's socialist modernization, the understanding of socialist modernization of the three generations of CPC leaders has undergone three successive periods, namely, Mao Zedong's exploration of socialist modernization, Deng Xiaoping's new orientation of socialist modernization and Jiang Zemin's strategic thinking of the overall development of socialist modernization. The three periods reflect CPC's advanced and deepened understanding of socialist modernization. The historical track of Mao's arduous exploration, Deng's successful practice and Jiang's inheriting and innovating indicates that the understanding of socialist modernization of the three generations of CPC leaders has reached a new and higher level.
