Approach to Modernization of the Party Building in Institutions of Higher Learning

推进高校党建工作现代化建设对于加强和改进党对高等学校的领导 ,进一步推动高等教育事业的健康发展 ,促进高等教育现代化具有重大意义。本文在分析高校党建工作面临的新形势的基础上 ,阐述了高校党建工作现代化建设的必要性 ,并就高校党建工作现代化的主要内涵和目标进行了初步探讨 ,提出了推进高校党建工作现代化建设的基本思路与对策。

For sake of strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party in institutions of higher learning, further promoting the healthy development of higher education and accelerating the modernization in higher education, it is of great significance to push forward modernization of the Party building in institutions of higher learning. On the basis of analyzing the new situation the Party is confronted with in the process of Party building, the necessity of modernization of the Party building is elaborated, the major connotation and objectives of the modernization of the Party building in higher learning institutions are preliminarily approached, and the basic train of thought and counter-measures to push forward the modernization of the Party building in institutions of higher learning is presented.
