摘要
通过分析ERP在国内的应用现状和实施过程中遇到的问题、产生的原因 ,提出企业要成功实施ERP ,必须在业务流程重组和基础工作扎实的前提下 ,作好企业的需求分析 ,在企业领导的高度重视和指导下总体规划 ,分步实施。并阐述了国产ERP软件应该在本地化的基础上 ,明确市场定位 ,加强产品的售后服务和后续改进工作。
An analysis is given to the status quo of ERP application and the problems and their causes in the application in China.On that basis,it is put forward that enterprises must make a demand analysis on the basis of business process reengineering and well knit foundational work, and an overall planning and stage by stage implementation under the consideration and instruction of the leading body. Finally, it is expounded that national ERP should ascertain its location in the market and enhance after_service and subsequent ameliorating work.
