A New Exploration into the Testing and Appraising System for College Students

随着高等学校素质教育的开展和深入 ,大学生评优体系暴露出诸多弊端。本文从评优的主要依据———大学生素质测评存在问题分析入手 ,全面阐述了素质测评的概念和以单项素质测评为主 ,单项测评与综合测评相结合的大学生测评体系 ,并提出了单项激励与综合激励相结合 ,构建人人得赏识的激励体制的观点。

With the development of quality education in colleges and universities,the testing and appraising system for college students has revealed lots of disadvantages. The article begins with an analysis of problems with the main basis of the above mentioned system——quality testing and appraising of college students,and fully expounds the concept of quality testing and appraising and elaborates the testing and appraising system for college students, which takes single items of quality testing and appraisal as its main body and combines single items of testing and appraising and comprehensive testing and appraising and appraisal. Finally, the author comes up with the idea of combining single items of encouragement with comprehensive encouragement and constructing an encouragement system in which every student is appreciated.
