摘要
当前,我国普遍存在中小学教师评定职称必须具备论文的地方性规定,这是一项有失偏颇的公共政策,它不符合中小学教师的角色定位,违背了社会、家长对于中小学教师的职业期待,将中小学教师职业的教学角色定位误导入科研角色定位,其所产生的副作用极大,应当予以纠正。
In China, the primary school and the middle school teachers must have their dissertations estimated for their qualification.The article discusses and analyses this municipal rule from the view of management and puts forward some good suggestions.
