This Article analyses the concept of logistics and the present situation of logistics industry of our country, discusses the role that logistics plays in improving enterprises' competitiveness, and then puts forward two logistics mode that can be used by enterprises. This article also reminds enterprises of some points that should be noted in using the modern logistics.
