Report on12cases with cough variability asthma in adults

目的通过对咳嗽变异型哮喘的鉴别诊断,找到诊断咳嗽变异型哮喘的特定诊断指标,对症治疗。方法78例慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病和咳嗽变异型哮喘,经过鉴别诊断,确诊了12例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者,采用镇咳、平喘、抗过敏治疗。结果经过鉴别诊断,获得了咳嗽变异型哮喘的诊断要点。结论咳嗽变异型哮喘是哮喘的一种特殊类型,主要表现为干咳、伴或不伴胸闷、无喘息、双肺无哮鸣音。我们采用解痉平喘,抗过敏、激素和免疫制剂治疗取得了比较满意的效果。

Objective To find out the special di-agnostic criterions of cough variability asthma(CVA)through differenital diagnosis.Methods12cases of CVA were diagnosed correctly through differeni-tal diagnosis among78cases of CB?BA?COPD and CVA.They were treated with antitussive,reliev-ing asthma and antiallergic.Results The key points of diagnosis of CVA were got.All12cases with CVA have recoved in3～10d by treatment in-troduced abover.Con clu sions It can get a satis-fied effects through spasmolysis,relieving asthma ,antiallergic hormone and immunotherapy.
