摘要
面包作为西方国家的主食在国内已发展迅速,本文回顾了我国面包工业的发展历程与市场现状。
Bread, a kind of staple food in western countries, has been rapidly developed in our country. Its growing history and market status were reviewed in this paper and the need of developing high quality improvers, special yeast and flour used for bread was suggested to increase the competition ability.
