摘要
饲用棉籽粕蛋白质含量和品质对其生物学效价产生影响,本文较为详细地综述了制油过程中蛋白质的变性形式及影响蛋白质含量和品质的因素,同时提出了棉籽粕作为饲用蛋白资源的方法。
Denature forms of protein in cottonseed meal during oil processimg and factors influenceing protein content and quality are reviewed in fairly details. Rosonable methods to use cottonseed meal as protein resaurces for feed use ase suggested.
