摘要
探讨了在豆奶生产过程中应用质量管理系统的危害分析与关键控制 (HACCP) ,以解决在豆奶生产过程中存在的质量问题 ,提高豆奶生产过程中质量管理水平。
The process capacity index can be used for the determination of the level of quality control and production management. Through the calculation of the process capacity index in the controls on quality index and production quota of canned beverages, the current level is determined and corresponding improving measures sought.
