摘要
探讨了双色素饮料中两种色素在各自吸收峰干扰较少的情况下 ,不进行色素的分离 ,对两种色素同时进行测定的分析方法。结果表明 ,该法测定柠檬黄和亮蓝的相对标准偏差分别为 0 8%和 3 3% ,回收率分别为 99 5 %和 1 0 0 3%。方法准确可靠 ,而且不需分离 ,简便快速。
A method of simultaneously determining two colours in two-colour beverages without the separation of them on the condition of little lateral interference at their absorbence peaks was studied. When the method was used in the determination of tartrazine and brilliant blue, the results showed relative standard deviations of 0.8% and 3.3% and recovery rates of 99.5% and 100.3% for tartrazine and brilliant blue, respectively. The method, without the need for separation, was proved to be simple, accurate and reliable.
