摘要 On the basis of introducing the present development in the pigmentation of coated printing paper, the article reviews the recent technological development in enhancing the optical property of printing paper and optimizing light weight top coating, including the selection of various pulp pigments and the opacity of the loading materials, introduces and evaluates the applied technology of various loading materials and pigments which can enhance the optical property of the finishes products, discusses the wet end retention system and its mechanism and the applied equipment and coating conditions for developing these century pigmentation technologies.
