A Study on Antistatic Carpet Yarn of Friction Spinning

将导电纤维和普通化纤混纺并利用摩擦纺生产抗静电地毯纱的方法，制成具有良好导电性能的纯腈纶地毯。导电纤维分布在纱线表面的抗静电效果较好。

Using FS3 friction spinning machine, we produced some antistatic acrylic carpet yarn, and then cut - pile carpets of good antistatic quality. Much at- tention was put to the effect of conductive fibers distribution in the yarns upon the anistatic property of cut- pile carpets. Optimum result shows that a carpet will have the most effective antistatic property when conductive fibers are on the surface of pile yarns.
