摘要
采用灰色系统理论建立了苎麻纤维回潮率电测值X与烘箱值Y之间的灰色GM(1,2)模型,并作误差分析。此模型在利用电阻测湿仪快速测定苎麻纤维水分或利用计算机对苎麻纺织生产过程实施在线测控时,可方便地计算出真值并指导控制过程。
Gray modelling method has been developed based on the theory of gray system and used for correlation analysis of experimental data. Compared with the conventional method of data regression, gray mode analysis (GMA) remained well accurate without restrictions on sample size and normal distribu- tion, which enhanced reliability of predition in particular for the testing of small sample size. In this paper, a gray GM (1,2) model for moisture pick - up of ramie fiber was first described. Correlation analysis was then performed to predict the relationship between the data (sample X) measured by the linear voltage weight transducer (LVWT) and the data (sample Y) recorded by weighing the fibers before and after drying in oven. Error was eval- uated and revealed acceptable. Together with application of LVWT, the model was validated very suitable for quick determination of moisture absorp- tion of ramie fiber. It is also viable to embed the model in an on- line automatic control system for the manufacturing process of ramie fibers.
