Design of sublevel roadway section in top-coal caving face in soft rocks

介绍软岩条件下 ,综放工作面顺槽施工中合理选择层位 ,采取“轨运合一巷”布置方式等 ,将顺槽断面缩小到最小程度 ,使其既满足顺槽各种功能的要求 ,又满足《煤矿安全规程》的规定 ,达到有利于巷道支护、提高单进、降低成本的目的。

This article introduces how to decrease sublevel roadway section of longwall top coal caving face to minimum by selecting a reasonable layer location and putting 'rail roadway and conveyor roadway in one roadway' under the condition of soft rock. Meanwhile, roadways meet the demand of sublevel function, meet the need of 'Coal Mine Safety Regulations', and reach the purposes of improving roadway support, increasing excavation, and reducing the cost.
