济宁二号煤矿2304综放工作面轨道顺槽支护方式为U型钢三心拱型支架支护,巷道净宽4750mm,净高3100mm,该巷道已掘出七年之久。为解决工作面回采时端头维护及替棚超前维护问题,以保证工作面安全顺利生产,我们采取先在棚档里打锚杆固帮,然后回棚,接着挂金属顶梁配合单体支柱支护。此工艺具有很高的安全经济效益,有推广价值。

The support method of the main gate for 2304 coal face in Jining No.2 coal mine adopts U-steel arched support. The roadway has been driven for 7 years, its Net Width is 4750mm, and Net Height is 3100mm. In order to solve the maintenance of face end and fore-poling when recovering coal, and ensure the production of coal face smoothly, we firstly fix up bolls in the interval of sets, then change the set, finally realize the support with metal canopy and individual prop. The method has high safely and good economic benefit, being worthy to be popularized.
