摘要
经适当预处理,湖南临澧玻屑凝灰岩可成为沸石分子筛的合成原料。以它为原料,采用水热反应晶化合成新工艺,并在大量实验研究基础上,对该工艺进行优化,确定最佳技术参数,可合成出质量较好的P型沸石产品。该合成工艺流程为;“玻屑凝灰岩(预处理)+碱+铝酸钠+水”→水热反应→晶化合成→过滤、洗涤→烘干→P型沸石产品。最佳技术参数为:硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3)3,碱度5mol /1LH2O,晶化温度95~100℃,晶化时间7~8h。该工艺流程简单,技术参数容易控制,原料来源丰富,合成成本低,可进行工业化生产。该研究既为玻屑凝灰岩资源的高层次开发利用开辟了新的途径,也为P型沸石合成提供了一种来源丰富的新原料。
The vitric tuff of Linli in Hunan may become a qualified synthetic material of zeolite molecular sieve after it is pretreated adequate1y. Taking it as material, good zeolite P is synthesized by using the synthetic technics of hydrothermal reaction and crystallization, after the technics is optimized and the best technical parameters are confirmed on the basis of many experiments. The technics flow is 'the vitric tuff(being pretreated )+Na0H+NaAlO2+H2O '→hydrothermal reaction→crystallization and syathesis→filtration and washing→drying→zeolite P product. The best technical parameters are the ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 is 3,the alkanility is 5moL/1LH2O,the crystallization time is from 7 to 8 hours, the temperature is from 95 to 100 ℃. This technics is very simple, and the technical parameters are controlled easily. The raw material is very rich, the synthetic cost is low. Zeolite P may be produced in industry by using this technics. Therefore this study is a new way to exploit abundant vitric tuff resource that is used as a new synthetic material of zeolite P.
