犬胸部开放伤后海水浸泡血流动力学变化 被引量:6

摘要 目的 建立犬开放性气胸海水浸泡的实验模型 ,观察实验动物血流动力学变化。方法 实验动物致伤后随机分为对照组 (n =10 )和海水浸泡组 (n =10 )。海水浸泡组动物于伤后置入人工配制的海水中 ,于伤前及入水后 0 .5小时、1小时、2小时、3小时和 4小时监测血流动力学变化。结果 海水浸泡组的血流动力学紊乱明显重于对照组 ,死亡率明显高于对照组 ,平均生存时间为 45分钟。结论 胸部开放伤后海水浸泡可引起一系列严重的病理生理变化 ,其血流动力学变化与单纯胸外伤明显不同 ,提示海水浸泡对机体的损伤程度更为严重 。 Objective To evaluate the hemodynamic changes in experimental model of open chest injury and seawater immersion.?Methods Twenty health dogs were divided into two groups. A model of right open pneumothorax was established. Control group (n=10) was open pneumothorax only and seawater immersion group (n=10) had seawater immersion after chest trauma. The hemodynamic paramenters including mean artery pressure, pulmonary artery wedge pressure, cardiac output and cardiac index were recorded.?Results The hemodynamic changes in seawater immersion group were more serious. Post trauma mortality was much higher in seawater immersion group than that in control group.?Conclusion Seawater immersion after open chest injury appears to be associated with severe hemodynamic changes. It could result in progressive dysfunction of circulatory system, leading to fatal outcome.
