Sample Size Estimation for Repeated Measurements Design Data

目的 给出计算两个和多个处理组重复测量设计所需样本含量的公式。方法 探讨两组及多组重复测量设计的样本含量估计。结果 利用单因素裂区分析模型建立了处理组数G≥ 2时样本含量的估计公式。结论 列出了影响样本含量的因素 ,并指出Bloch’s样本含量公式的低估现象。

Objective Sample size formulae for two and more treatment groups to calculate the required number of subjects with repeated measurements design is given.Methods We explored sample size estimation of two and more treatment groups of repeated measurements design.Results The sample size formulae for treatment groups G≥2 has been established by using the traditional analysis of variance technique in a one-way nested model.Conclusion The factors to determine sample size were shown.It was also discussed that Bloch's sample size formulae in this condition underestimate the sample size required.
