摘要
用Hongland and Arnon营养液培养蒜苗,研究温度和pH对蒜苗锌吸收积累的影响.结果表明:在pH5.0~7.0范围内,锌含量先升后降,在pH6.5时吸收量最大;温度对蒜苗锌吸收影响较大,在一定温度范围内(10~22℃),随着温度的升高锌含量增加.
This paper studied the effects of temperature and pH on the absorption and accumulation of Zn in intact seedlings of Allium L. , which cultured in Hongland and Arnon complete nutrient solution. The results indicated that the Zn content rose at first and then lowered within pH5. 0 - 7. 0,the Zn content was maximum at pH6. 5.
