以醋酸纤维素薄膜作为支持物所做的鸡、鸭蛋清的区带电泳结果表明,鸡蛋清中至少含有6种主要蛋白质,而鸭蛋清中仅发现有5种蛋白质,这些蛋白质的等电点均小于pH 8.6.
The electrophoresis results of duck and chicken egg white on acetylcellulose film, show that there are six major proteins in the chicken egg white, whereas only five components can be found in duck egg white. All the isoelectric points of these proteins are less than pH 8.6.
