摘要
针对目前国内变电站综合控制系统广泛采用九区控制方式 ,尚不能完全满足“保证电压合格 ,无功基本平衡 ,尽量减少调节次数”的变电站电压和无功综合调节的基本原则 ,而且传统继电器控制装置逐渐不能满足控制要求的情况 ,提出了一种基于PLC的模糊控制方法 ,实验表明该方法是行之有效的 。
Since current control system of substation can't satisfied the basic principles for substation voltage and reactive power comprehensive control\|ensuring voltage quality, reactive power basically balance and minimizing times of regulation, this paper presents a fuzzy control method based on PLC and the experimentation shows that this method has high practical value.
