摘要
啤酒糖化是啤酒生产的重要环节。本文介绍实现啤酒糖化过程自动控制的系统配置 ;对糖化过程的 3个主要工序 :糊化糖化、过滤和煮沸 ,根据对象特性提出不同的控制方案控制其工艺参数 ,取得了很好的精度和稳定性 ;采用结构化方法实现流程的自由组态 。
Saccharification is the primal process of beer production.The paper introduces the hardware configuration of automatic control system for beer saccharification; presents different ways to control the key technical parameters of three main parts: saccharification,filtration and evaporation; adopts structured processes to realize free configuration of technological flows and so improves the automation level of beer saccharification.
