针对电能三级管理网络的故障问题 ,在分析一般故障诊断专家系统的基础上 ,提出了一种分散式故障诊断专家系统的设计方法 ,并对知识库、数据库、推理机制的构成等方面作了较详细的分析。

A distributed fault diagnosis expert system based on normal analysis of fault diagnosis system are offered as sulutions to the fault problem of three level network of management. And it gives a detail analysis of consisting of knowledge base, database & inference engine.
