模糊控制理论在电脑话务员中的运用

针对目前电脑话务员普遍不能识别脉冲拨号信号这一缺陷 ,提出一种基于单片机 80C196KB和DTMF芯片MT8880的实用电路框架 ,运用模糊控制理论中的相关判识策略 ,并通过实验结果给与验证 .

In view of the existing weakness in the ability of computer console in distinguishing pulse sign,this paper proposes a reliable circuit based on embedded microcontroller 80C196KB and DTMF chip MT8880. By applying fuzzy control theory, the circuit is verified through experiments.
