运用运动生理学、运动生物化学、营养学的理论 ,针对 80 0m跑运动专项特点进行分析 ,对如何提高高校学生 80 0m跑运动成绩的训练方法、手段及应注意的问题进行探讨 。
Applying the theories of sports physiology,biochemisty and nutrition,make an analysis of the characterisics of 800m race and put forward the training method improving the achievements of the colleges 800m as well as some problems required.
