The glycosylation of 2-amino-2-deoxy sugar

摘要 综述了 2 -氨基 - 2 -脱氧糖糖苷的合成 ,简述了其反应机理、条件及区域选择性和立体选择性 ,以及近年来的研究进展。 This paper reviews the mechanism?condition and regioselectivity?stereoselectivity of the reactions which synthesize the glycoside of 2-amino-2-deoxy sugar and introduce the recent progress. It includes Koenigs-Knorr reactions, oxazoline method, phthalimido glycosylation method and glycosylation reactions using 2-azido-2-deoxy sugar donors etc.It also comes to the deprotection condition of these methods.
