摘要 探讨脑损伤后综合征患者的事件相关电位、脑CT和认知功能。应用听觉oddball序列刺激的事件相关电位方法对脑损伤后综合征患者 30例 (病人组 ) ,健康人 30例 (对照组 )进行比较。病人组较对照组P3潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低 ,经统计学处理有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5)。病人组脑CT检查有病灶者P3潜伏期延长 ,波幅降低更显著。 To study the cognitive function and event related potential(ERP) and brain CT in patients with syndrome after brain trauma. Auditory ERP, was determined in 30 patients with syndrome after rain trauma, and compared with 24 controls. Reduced amplitude and prolongeded latency of P3 were found in all patients as compared with the control group. A significance difference (P<0 05) was noted. More significant prolongation of P3 latency and decrease of amplitude was noted in those patients with focus on brain CT. ERP and brain CT may play a significant role in the study cognitive function in the patients with syndrome after brain trauma.
