摘要
针对珠海发电厂2290t/h锅炉存在的高负荷下主、再热蒸汽温度偏低等问题,结合实际运行情况、锅炉结构特性、设计参数及燃用煤种成份几方面进行分析,并通过运行调整试验,找出原因,从而提出优化锅炉运行的几种措施。
The2290t/h boilers in Zhuhai Power Plant were supplied by Japanese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.Since the boilers were put into operation,the main and reheat steam temperatures at the high load of boilers have been on the low side.Based upon the actual operation situations,the configuration features,design parameters and burned coal etc.problems were analyzed,and through the debuggings and testings,the causes for too low main and reheat steam temperatures were sought out ,thus the measures to optimize the boiler operation were put forward.
